After installing any software (e.g. Microsoft Office 2007) the user receives an error message when trying to launch Cortona3D tool.
Error message: – Ordinal not found. The ordinal could not be located in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll
"C2DEPro.exe – Ordinal not found. The ordinal 10146 could not be located in the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll"
Solution:
Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) from the Microsoft website.
