This problem is caused by multiple license files for one product located in the licenses folder.
"License is invalid. License has expired." error message when launching a tool after product activation
Please follow the steps below to fix this problem:
- Go to C:\ProgramData\ParallelGraphics\Licenses;
- Back up all the license files;
- Identify and delete old license files (i.e. keep only valid ones); and
- Reboot your machine.
