"License is invalid. License has expired." error message when launching a tool after product activation

This problem is caused by multiple license files for one product located in the licenses folder.

Please follow the steps below to fix this problem:

  • Go to C:\ProgramData\ParallelGraphics\Licenses;
  • Back up all the license files;
  • Identify and delete old license files (i.e. keep only valid ones); and
  • Reboot your machine.
