Below are the steps to resolve problems with licensing service not running.
License Server is not running, "failed to reread licenses" error message
Uninstall LicenseServer and install it. Be sure to run License Server as Run as Administrator.
If the problem persists, please check pgrlm service settings, following the steps below:
- launch Windows Run;
- type services.msc;
- click Enter;
- find pgrlm;
- double–click on it.
Check the status of the service; try starting it manually if automatic start fails.
You could also check if the License Server service is running. Launch License Administrator (Server) and clicking Advanced > Web Server (ensure that the Reprise License Server Administration’s interface is launches.
